First of all, technical sales experience is not essential. You’ll receive thorough product training when you join, as well as full technical support throughout the sales process.
You’ll be managing a solid portfolio of existing accounts, while nurturing and securing new business relationships with hospitality companies and groups across the North.
Sales are typically valued at £10-250K, with respective sales cycles ranging from two months to two years, so the job’s very much about positioning Salto for opportunities as they arise.
This is where your industry contacts will really come into their own, along with your ability to maintain strategic relationships and identify/secure valuable sales opportunities.
You’ll be home-based (anywhere in the region is fine), but also part of a successful sales and marketing team with resources and skills you can call on anytime.

- A strong sales and account management track record, selling to the Hospitality industry;
- The ability to build profitable long-term relationships with customers ranging from independent businesses to international groups;
